The Elk Valley Field House Society is a volunteer-led, not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating a modern recreation and gathering space for the Elk Valley. Founded in 2024, our society was formed to address the growing need for an accessible indoor space to support recreation, wellness, and community connection.

Fund

We pursue grants, sponsorships, donations, and community partnerships to secure the resources needed to bring the Summit Centre to life without placing unnecessary financial burden on our local residents.

We are planning a modern, multi-use facility designed to support sports, recreation, events, and community programming to meet the evolving needs of the community in the Elk Valley.

Operate

As a not-for-profit organization, we oversee the long-term operation of the space, ensuring it stays accessible, affordable, and sustainable for the whole community.
